Area Director - Geneva, Switzerland

One of the world’s most famous office solution providers was seeking an Area Director to manage all of their French and German speaking operations in the Geneva, Switzerland.  The company is the market leader in its sector, and was growing at over 100% per year. The managed the firm’s multiple business centers in the region, driving sales, growth, people development and customer satisfaction. With full P&L responsibility, this position had a huge scope for creativity and strategic thinking.

The global brand reputation of the company, coupled with the existing strong client base in the region meant that this position was highly visible and strategically critical for the firm’s growth. Therefore they needed someone with strong commercial experience in the hotel, service, hospitality or B2B sector, highly motivated, with experience managing people, developing new business, creating and executing commercial strategies. English, French and German were required.
