Reporting to the Managing Director for EMEA and working closely with the global organization located in the US, this was a high visibility position with the opportunity to have long-term career development and a significant impact on the business.

As the result of a clearly defined road map, investment, and innovative thinking, the company has continued to grow over the past year by increasing their digital capabilities. Recently, they decided to bring in a new Chief Digital Officer with a proven track record in digital transformation to create a clearly defined, long-term strategy. The CDO will continue to drive the company’s digital transformation with a particular focus on customer experience.
The right person had to be technical, business-minded, organized, and capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels in order to identify pain points and create solutions. Solid experience in leading a diverse international team, increasing cross-function communication, data analytics for return on investment and digital marketing were required.
