Working with a global IT services company undergoing a significant transformation, my client needed an exceptional Head of HR to lead their new HQ and most important market in the USA.
They were looking for an exceptional HR professional to drive their business from a people perspective. This included partnering with senior leadership on all HR related functions including HR strategy, employer branding, talent management, employee development and engagement, compensation, and paying a special focus on developing a strong talent pipeline to create leaders and successors for the future of the organization.
This person also had to ensure that management was in compliance with all relevant labor legislation and, essentially, helping the company continue their success in the US and international markets, by building a strong and constantly developing HR team.
The ideal candidate needed experience in an international environment developing and building a lean/functional HR organization. Furthermore, they had to be energetic, motivated, and communicative leader, with experience in leading and participating in all HR functions.
Despite the challenges of the pandemic and company transformation, the client extended an offer that was accepted in under 3 months.
